Meeting Procedures

Outlined below are the meeting procedures to be followed during all council meetings.

Meeting Procedures

The Woodville Town Council Meetings take place on the first Tuesday of each month at the Bob Jones Community Center. The work session begins at 6:00 p.m. with the council meeting immediately following that.

In order to have a meeting, a quorum must be present, which consists of at least three council members and the mayor or mayor pro-tempore as provided by Section 11-43-48 of the Code of the Alabama.

All meetings, unless an executive session, are open to the public.
