Storm Shelter Locations

The town has two storm shelters, one located at the school and one on Hodges Street. 

In case of severe weather capable of producing tornadic activity, the shelters are open for the public's use and safety.

The storm shelter on Hodges Street has had its locking mechanism modified to require manual activation from within, ensuring that any locked condition can only be attributed to the presence of an occupant inside the shelter. 05/29/2024
